"Giving your family your time
shows respect for them."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This was written down on 3/20/91. Again, I will
write it as I wrote it that day;
"Our sins dirty our souls. Look at
our clothes when they are dirty, we put them
in water and, or scrub them, and some women
hit them on rocks to take the soil out. In our days we put them to soak/pre-wash
overnight, or use chlorine
bleach to take away the stains. We put them in a washing machine that shakes
off the dirt away. We have to use suds so that the cloth becomes clean and disinfected. And yet our soul needs only a sincere good confession of our sins
for God to make them Crystal clean again."
When I re-wrote
this here I realized that we have to work hard to make clothes clean again,
compare to not working at all to make our souls clean again.
Only the "will" to be made clean again is enough to make our souls clean all
over again. What a
Great PAPA DIEU we have!
~Luke 21:18 …, but not
a hair on your head will be destroyed.~
also
~Acts 27:34 … Not a hair
of the head of anyone of you will be lost.~
One day, years ago, I was cleaning my “lost” hair from after having brushed my hair and I suddenly
realized that some hair, which had fallen in the bathroom sink, were making shapes of letters.
I could see a perfect “G” shape of one hair, and two hairs had fallen close together and there was a “y”
shape.
I then made “Godly” words with them, the “G” stood for GOD, and the “y”
I made the word as a “YES” to PAPA DIEU. J
Ever since that day I have seen my fallen hair form many letter shapes “reading” my “lost”
hair that are not LOST after all, for they create letters, for me, to glorify my Heavenly Father/PAPA DIEU!
I saw many, many “S” and the word I make with it is SAVIOR.
And “J”, for Jesus. “M” for Mary or Mother, some
“W” for Wisdom and some “T” and small “t” Trinity,
truth, True…
I have seen many other letters and I always try to make up a word about my faith’s journey to PAPA DIEU
with each fallen hair, so that
Not a Hair Of My Head Will Be Destroyed,
or LOST!
~17~ Jesus curses a
fig tree
Fig Tree copyright clagnutcom
~Jesus Curses a Fig Tree~
The next day as they were leaving Bethany he was hungry.
Seeing from a distance a fig tree in leaf,
He went over to see
if he could find anything on it.
When he reached it
he found nothing but leaves;
it was not the time
for figs.
And he said to it in reply,
“May no one
ever eat of your fruit again!”
And his disciples
heard it.
Mark 11:12-14
Early in the morning, as they were walking along,
They saw the fig tree withered to its roots.
Peter remembered and said to him,
“Rabbi, look!
The fig tree that you cursed has withered.”
Jesus said to them in reply,
“Have faith in God. Amen, I say to you,
whoever says to this mountain,
‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’
and does not doubt in his heart
but believes that what he says will happen,
it shall be done for him.
Therefore I tell you, all that you ask for in prayer,
Believe that you will receive it and it shall be yours.
When you stand to pray,
Forgive anyone against whom you have a grievance,
So that your heavenly Father may in turn
Forgive you your transgressions”
& Mark 11:20-26
When I read this
I told myself,
“I must never, ever be at a point that I am not of
HELP to any person who comes to me for help.
That my Soul never, ever be without
FOOD to any person who comes to me for food
of the gifts that were freely given to me,
for, I do not want Jesus to say of me,
'May no one ever eat of your fruit again!'
PAPA DIEU, may I never be cursed.
I ask through Jesus Christ, YOUR Son,
who lives with YOU forever and ever.
AMEN!"
Here I wrote in huge block letters in green ink;
“DO NOT LIMIT THE FUTURE BY THE PAST”
That is so true! But,
very hard to do when some of the past
is still in the present, the past never left in the first place,
you know!
On the same paper I wrote still in green ink;
“Help me
know that each time one of us takes a step forward,
we pull the entire
group forwards. … Jan 25”
I would like to add here; “Help
me to take those steps in the
right direction, even though it looks
like purgatory will be a
long time for me.
Let my steps bring them straight to
HEAVEN!”
On another piece of paper;
“Our actions speaks louder than words”
I was separating paper plates for ease of taking only one at
time when we’d need one from the cupboard, and, my youngest
brother had stopped to visit. We
were talking and he suddenly
asked: “What are you doing?”
I answered; separating the plates.
He added,
“I thought you were counting the plates to see if the bag had the
right amount in it!!! ”
I remember that day so well. He was
standing and his looks
told me he was thinking of something and he just had to ask.
I laughed and told him,
“I do that because almost all of them are stuck to another and
instead of taking one plate it’s two plates are stuck together, and
it’s faster when we do need a paper plate.
Jeezz… were you really thinking of that I was counting how
many plates there were in this pack?
Wow, do I look like that kind of person?”
He answered, “No, I was wondering
what you were doing.
It’s good idea though, I’ll do that too from now on.
~20~ If your mind is right ...
I wrote this, in quite big letters, when I jotted it on paper;
“If your mind is right, your heart follows”
What a great quote
here. But sometimes, our minds are not
right and we follow our minds any way, thus, we end up not
feeling right at the end, which is the perfect truth that our
mind was not right because we ended up feeling bad, sad…!
I wrote the next 8 items on one
piece of paper:
1. “Dust Soufflé”.
I heard someone say that on TV while they were cooking something.
To me it means “Dust with a little breath in it”.
2. “The Council
of Jerusalem had
613 Commandments,
and 365 of them were “Don’t”
commandments.”
There are more “do not” than “do”
in life as in our Faith’s life.
3. “Obese”.
I thought of being obese of the
WORD of GOD in my soul. This I pray.”
4. “St. Paul traveled
17 thousands miles after his conversion.”
Thanks to him we know more about what Jesus did and what He wants.
5. “What the Spirit touches,
changes them.”
Oh how I pray He would touch me daily.
6.
“Forget the Past”.
As
you read this, it is new. As I type a new letter and you read them, it is new.
Never touched before. NEW.
7. “You don’t have to love in words, because even through the silence, love
is always heard”
Presence speaks louder than words.
8. “I am done writing, I will live to know what I write.”
If I have not lived what I write, how can I help
others!!!
